This Week's Speaker
Paula Shiver, Perimeter Chamber of Commerce

Join us this Friday at Bar Peri (AC Hotel) as hear from our own member, Paula Shiver. Vice Preisdent of Engagement for the Perimeter Chamber.

Paula is an accomplished leader who brings her expertise and passion for business growth to her role with the Chamber. With a keen sense of strategy and exceptional execution skills, she has been instrumental in helping businesses flourish since 2014. Driven by her commitment to making a positive impact, Paula is dedicated to working collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals and always searching for new opportunities to drive sustainable growth and enhance stakeholder value. With a versatile background that encompasses both small business and management positions at leading outdoor retailers like REI and Patagonia,

Paula has honed her skills and gained valuable experience in various markets, including New York City, Los Angeles, and Nashville. Despite her travels, Dunwoody has always been her hometown and the place she calls home. In her free time, she loves spending quality time with her husband Chris, daughter, and beloved dogs Banjo and Fiddle, exploring the great outdoors.

Whiskey Raffle Update
Don't Forget About Whiskey

HAVE YOU DECIDED WHAT SPECIAL WHISKEY MIGHT BE THE SPECIAL ONE THAT HELPS THE CLUB RAISE $10,000 IN SUPPORT OF OUR CHARITABLE WORK FOR THIS YEAR? THANKS TO THOSE WHO HAVE AS WE LAUNCH OUR THIRD ANNUAL WHISKEY RAFFLE. ALL WE NEED IS THE RIGHT BLEND OF WHISKEYS AND GENEROUS WHISKEY ENTHUSIASTS TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN.

How can you help?  Right now, we're focused on the first part of the blend - fine in-demand whiskey donations. Visit your local liquor store TODAY and asking for a donation. After a few years of doing the raffle we've learned that the unusual or rare bottle generates more ticket sales. Some in-demand whiskeys include: Stag, Penelope, Parker's Whistle Pig and Blantons.  Need more ideas:  https://www.thespiritsbusiness.com/2023/08/the-american-whiskey-masters-2023-results/

Drawings will be held at each Thirsty Thursday in the months of October, November and December.  So it is critical that we have our whiskeys lined up by the end of the month.  Don't delay.
